Shipping Policy – RAWFORM

We currently ship within Namibia only.

Processing time:
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.

Delivery options:

Windhoek delivery:
Orders are personally delivered within Windhoek within 2–5 business days.
You will be contacted via WhatsApp to arrange a suitable delivery time.

Rest of Namibia:
Orders outside Windhoek are shipped via Nampost and delivered within 3–7 business days once dispatched.
Tracking details will be provided once your order has been shipped.

Shipping fees:
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location.

RAWFORM is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect delivery details provided by the customer.

If a parcel is returned due to incorrect information, the customer will be responsible for the re-shipping fee.
