Refund & Exchange Policy – RAWFORM

All sales are final.

Due to the limited nature of our drops, we do not offer refunds or returns for change of mind or incorrect size selection.

We only offer exchanges if:

  • The wrong item was sent, or
  • The item is damaged upon arrival

To request an exchange, contact us within 3 days of receiving your order at:

Items must be unworn, unwashed and in original packaging.

If the requested size is not available, store credit will be issued.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is incorrect or damaged.
